Enterprise software and systems development typically involves complex mixes of teams, technologies, skills, architectures and organisational structures which must interact for the business to be successful. This tutorial will introduce an approach which designs the Enterprise as a Kanban System. The model is based on the central theme of Systems Thinking, the purpose of achieving Pull, Value and Capability, and aspects of Workflow, Visualisation, Work In Process, Cadence and Learning. The model is not a complete solution, but suggests key areas to consider when designing the Agile Enterprise.
