The agile literature currently largely overlooks many of the existing tools and techniques of analysis, often with a focus on user stories as the primary tool for defining and presenting requirements in agile projects. This workshop presents a variety of analysis techniques which can be used to identify and elaborate customer needs, to compliment the use of user stories and ensure that the right customer needs are effectively presented to the team at the right time in a way that ensures the right product gets built.
